The Holiday Boundary Reset — December 11, 2026
Family Drama, Burnout & the Art of Protecting Your Peace
The holidays can be meaningful, joyful, and downright exhausting.
Between extended family dynamics, unrealistic expectations, guilt, and the pressure to keep everyone happy, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs.
Join Meagan Restaino, LCPC, CADC, PCGC, NCC, founder of Stillwater Cove Therapy, for a welcoming, interactive workshop focused on navigating difficult family dynamics, recognizing burnout, and establishing healthier boundaries.
What we'll explore:
Why family dynamics can bring out old patterns and emotional reactions
How to set boundaries without getting stuck in guilt
Managing people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, and holiday burnout
What to actually say when someone pushes your boundaries
Practical strategies for protecting your time, energy, and peace
