Individual therapy is a space to pause, take stock, and make sense of what’s been building beneath the surface.
Many people come to therapy not because something is falling apart, but because something no longer feels sustainable. You might be functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually feels right.
Our work together focuses on helping you understand patterns, clarify what matters, and make intentional changes that support steadiness and self-trust. Sessions are thoughtful and conversational, with space for both reflection and practical direction.

Navigating identity questions or life transitions
Rebuilding confidence, clarity, and internal stability
Making sense of experiences without staying stuck in them
This practice is best suited for adults who are relatively stable and able to engage in outpatient therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be open to reflection, honesty, and collaboration.
All individual therapy sessions are currently offered virtually for adults located in Illinois.
