I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for new clients. This is a low-pressure conversation designed to help us both decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

During the call, you can share a bit about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for from therapy. I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions, explain how I work, and be honest about whether my approach and scope align with what you’re looking for. You’re also welcome to ask anything you need to feel comfortable moving forward.

This conversation isn’t therapy and it isn’t an intake. It’s simply a chance to connect, get a feel for each other, and make a clear, grounded decision about next steps, without obligation. Some clients choose to skip this step and schedule an intake session directly, which is always an option.

If it feels aligned, we can talk about scheduling. If not, I’ll do my best to help point you toward resources or referrals that may be a better fit.
