Session Rates
The following rates apply to self-pay (private pay) services.
These rates reflect the full cost of services when insurance is not used.
Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (90791): $225
Individual Therapy, 30 minutes (90832): $130
Individual Therapy, 45 minutes (90834): $165
Individual Therapy, 60 minutes (90837): $210
Family Therapy (without client present) (90846): $165
Family Therapy (with client present) (90847): $210
Group Therapy (per session) (90853): $75
Brief Clinical Service / Care Coordination (90785): $40
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Using Insurance
If you are using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost is determined by your insurance plan and may include a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. Insurance reimbursement rates vary by carrier and are not the same as private pay rates listed.
I do not set or control insurance reimbursement amounts and do not personally estimate insurance costs. Insurance billing and claims are managed by my billing service, and your insurance company is the most accurate source of benefit-specific information.
Clients using insurance are responsible for their applicable copay, coinsurance, deductible, or any non-covered services as determined by their plan. By scheduling services, you agree to be financially responsible for these amounts.
Important Note on Transparency
Private pay rates are listed here for clarity and transparency. If you are using insurance, you will not be charged the full private pay rate, but rather the portion determined by your insurance plan.
Good Faith Estimates apply to self-pay clients only. If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. This estimate is provided to private pay clients at intake and may be requested before scheduling or at any time.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee of $150.
This fee is not billable to insurance and is the responsibility of the client
